With a plastic build and thick bezels, the phone doesn’t feel premium but is durable. The 6.71-inch LCD screen is basic.

Hardware and Performance

Powered by the lesser-known JLQ JR510 chip, the device shows lag during heavy tasks. Day-to-day use is manageable.

The dual 13MP main camera is average in well-lit shots. The 5MP front camera is sufficient for video calls.

Software and Battery

MIUI 13 provides a clean interface on Android 11. The 6000mAh battery ensures 2+ days of usage but charging is slow.

Value for Money

At around $75, it’s among the most affordable Poco phones. However, performance and charging could be better.

For those on an extremely tight budget, the Xiaomi Poco C40 gets the basics done. But there are better options if your budget allows for $100-150 range phones.
